Technical Services Coordinator

What you'd be doing:
This position is responsible for a variety of roles throughout the company, including customer and internal technical support, process development, training, and documentation, software quality assurance, and assistance with creation of graphic design elements. Examples of tasks performed by the person holding this position might range from debugging an FTP connection issue to testing a web application to writing technical documentation to creating web graphics as the need arises.
Who we're looking for:
Multi-faceted knowledge and fantastic customer service talents are requirements for success in this position. We need an Internet generalist with substantial experience in and comfort level with numerous computer technologies, processes, and protocols, with a keen interest in adding efficiencies and elegance to existing processes.
Required Skills and Experience:

Support Engineer

What you'd be doing:
A Modwest Support Engineer assists Customer Care Specialists in providing technical support to our customers when the issues demand additional technical skills, knowledge, or access. The Support Engineer is responsible for analyzing and explaining the issue, implementing solutions, and communicating with the customer as needed, in addition to assisting our Operations team with incident response and basic systems administration.
Who we're looking for:
A talented technical communicator capable of reducing complex concepts to plain English and motivated by providing fantastic customer service to our valued customers. A broad and deep familiarity with numerous internet technologies and the ability to quickly debug technical issues are requirements for success in this position.
