How do I view full email headers?
It is often useful to examine the full headers of a received email to determine its source. To view the full headers in Modwest webmail:- Login to webmail
- Open the message in which you would like to see the full headers
- Click "View Full Header" in Options, right above the beginning of the message.
Spamcop.net has a comprehensive list of other programs for which they provide steps on how to view full email headers. You can find this article at spamcop.net/fom-serve/cache/19.html.
When reporting spam problems to Modwest support, copy and paste the full headers into your report.
