I installed Norton Internet Security, and now I can't
see video and other multimedia.

Norton Internet Security (NIS), by default, disallows external programs, like Windows Media Player, from running. You must scan for Internet-enabled programs in NIS's Personal Firewall section. Once you have done so, NIS will allow those programs access media on the Internet and therefore, those programs will work normally again.
